HOW WE GOT HERE

Founded in 1995, the Austrian company DialogDirect pioneered a unique approach to fundraising: donor recruitment through face-to-face communication on public streets. Consulting with various non-profit organizations across the globe, this cost-effective and highly successful technique has been adopted by many renowned charities worldwide.

The success of the European face-to-face fundraising campaigns led to a U.S. expansion in 2003. Headquartered in New York, DialogueDirect currently maintains seven campaign offices and employs 150 staff members nationwide.

DialogueDirect is part of The Dialog Group, a leader in the fundraising industry providing services of superior quality to non-profits across the globe. While primarily focused on the creation and execution of face-to-face campaigns, the Group also offers an array of fundraising services including direct marketing, telemarketing an consultancy services.
